​How do I

place an order?

Click on the item you want. Select your options. Enter your Quantity. Click "Add to Cart". When the cart pops out on the side of your screen. Click "View Cart". When the next screen opens review your order, add coupon code if you have one. When your order looks correct, click "Checkout". Enter in 1 - Shipping Details and click "Continue", 2-Delivery Method and click "Continue", 3-Payment Method and click "Continue", 4-Review and click "Place Order".

All payments are processed safely and securely through SSL Secure shopping. All major credit and debit cards are accepted.  Shipping varies between each vendor and per item. If you havve a question about shipping, please contact us directly.

Avilla Pickup Option

If you live around Avilla or Carthage, you can opt for local pickup. Please contact Stephanie prior to your order to ensure your item is available for local pickup and confirm a place to meet. If you fail to show to pick up your item, you will no longer be allowed to opt for local pickup.

Returns

Refunds

Personalized items are NOT returnable!! 

If you are unhappy with your item, you may contact us to return it. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping. Once your item is received,  the card it was purchased on will be refunded. 

If your item is not what you ordered or damaged in shipping, please contact us and we will address and rectify the situation as soon as possible.
